Happiness is a general judgment on the psychological state of a person, as doing an accomplishment, owning something, winning a sensory or spiritual pleasure, or a mixture of some or all of these leads to a feeling of a wonderful mixture of contentment, joy and optimism, or what we usually call Feeling of "happiness".
Feeling happiness, then, is something that can be defined, and its availability can be checked, but it also often seems unattainable, and there is no way to achieve it on the ground, as one of us may have a lot, and achieve more achievements than he makes an effort, and it may be available to him without trouble. He mentions many images of sensual and spiritual pleasure, without making him feel happy, so he keeps asking: Why am I not happy? Turning his back on all the reasons for that happiness he possesses, not investing in anything that he has the ability to create, and feeling it immerses himself, and increases him in interaction with life, people and things around him.
The availability of reasons for happiness, then, does not mean the necessity of obtaining them. Reasons may be available, and the ability to estimate the value of their availability may not be available. Reasons may be available, and the ability to estimate their availability and the ability to enjoy them may not be available. Even the will to enjoy is an ability, which may be available to some, Others are not available, and in order to achieve the greatest happiness, you must put yourself on the right path that will lead you to a sense of contentment, joy and optimism, and in order to be able to touch that path, you must reach the optimal way to deal with the ocean, and deal with life in a correct and healthy way. Happiness, in its initial form, is a way of life, and an art of dealing with others and the environment. Thus, it requires the ability to have a more sophisticated understanding of human relationships, and a more fully mature sense of the self, the other, and the environment.
Reaching a smooth formula for dealing with the vocabulary of life is enough to give us a high degree of psychological compatibility, and earn us a large degree on the mental health scale that strengthens our ability to reach happiness. Psychology depends on the way we deal with life, and this method is due to the nature of our understanding of ourselves, others and the environment in general. Thus, our search for happiness must pass with a search for our mental health, and our search for our mental health must pass through a search for the best ways to understand the vocabulary of life, and to reach the best ways to deal with it, and to have a fruitful effect on it, and be positively affected by it.
The feeling of happiness does not depend on what is available from its causes, as much as it depends on the ability to monitor that availability, and the serious interaction with it, just as satisfaction is a relative feeling, not related to size and quantity, as much as it relates to how to eat, and from the point of view, joy is a feeling that can be obtained. It is through the least important practices, and optimism is a mood that is not related to the possessed and available, as much as it is related to the depth of understanding and smooth handling.
Therefore, we will try - through the pages of this book - to reach together to a more profound and simple understanding of life in all its vocabulary, and a clearer vision of human relationships with himself, the other, and the environment, on the way to reaching an acceptable degree on the scale of mental health, and then arriving at the correct way to a greater injury. As much satisfaction, joy, optimism, or "happiness" as possible.
